William Glass has been a licensed insurance agent for over 30 years and an independent agent since 1997. The Glass Group is based in Germantown, Tennessee, serving the entire MidSouth area.
Our independent agency employs four licensed brokers and two in-house customer service representatives to ensure you receive excellent, personal service. We offer personal and business insurance with over 17 insurance carriers to meet your specific risk management profile. We also offer auto/car insurance, homeowners insurance, business/commercial insurance, life/health insurance, and group benefits.

Emilio Campos has worked in the insurance industry for 10 years. He is responsible for all contacts with the Hispanic community here in Memphis. Emilio studied Communication Services with emphasis on advertising at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey México. Emilio is involved within his church and likes spending time with his wife Ale and their two children, Camilla and Emilia.

Spencer Glass grew up in Memphis and has been in the insurance industry for 5 years. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance. After, he decided to pursue his Masters of Business Administration at The University of Mississippi. Adam Sweda is a Germantown, TN native and retired U.S. Navy SEAL sniper who brings battle-tested leadership, dedication, and problem-solving skills to his role as Middle TN Director. After operating in high-stakes environments, he now serves others by driving regional growth, deepening carrier relationships, and guiding clients toward strategic insurance solutions. With a bachelor’s from Auburn University and a master’s from the University of Charleston, he delivers a purposeful approach to risk management. In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.

April Najera grew up in Memphis and has been in the insurance industry for 8 years. As a lifelong Memphis resident, she enjoys being involved with her community, friends, and family. In her spare time, April likes playing soccer and spending time with her husband Cesar and their two children, Noah and Liam.
